The Super Moon : How did you go with your super moon spotting? It was cold and cloudy where I live and I kind of forgot to look for it after all that, because I was having an argument with my boyfriend and eating Savoury Shapes on the couch. Single Parents : Senator Doug Cameron and Senator Rachel Siewert questioned Prime Minister Gillard over her proposed parenting payment cuts yesterday.  Senator Cameron : ”What this will mean is that single mums with kids will be forced onto charity and I don’t agree with that.” And Senator Siewert : ”Anything that you do to cut payments to single parents, who are some of our most vulnerable members of the community, anything that cuts support to them also damages their children and makes it harder for them to bring up their children.”  What will happen next? Today’s budget will reveal all, and I hope there is an about-face on these proposed cuts.  More at the ABC.
