Thursday : Newsy Snacks For Busy People

Lady : OK. Maybe you don’t think you are a bird fancier? But maybe you would fancy Lady the Osprey if you knew that she’d been nesting for 22 years (when most osprey only live for 15 years) AND she’s just laid an egg. Bam. People from across the globe are watching Lady on this LIVE webcam.  When I clicked over Lady was stretching her legs and I saw TWO eggs, so maybe she’s on a bit of an eggy roll, so to speak!  Watch Lady like I did. I find it really relaxing and have a Lady Window open at all times. (Possibly one of the only times you can say ‘I watched a Live Lady Webcam’ and not be scorned!)  NB : Try the LADY CAM later this afternoon, when it will be DAY time and Lady will be awake!

IKEA : IKEA is set to launch a range of televisions at the end of June. Available in selected European countries for starters, the TVs feature wireless speakers, internet connectivity and integrated blu-ray/DVD/CD player.  You’ll be able to plug your iPod into it too. AND it comes with a SINGLE remote to operate the whole Swedish schmozzle.  IKEA have cleverly designed their spectacular multi-tasking telly to conceal all those pesky cables too, making for a cuter, safer TV all ’round.  The Herald Sun has further deets. Geotagging and Child Safety : Police are warning parents against geotagging images they might be uploading to social media.  There are fears that images detailing the exact location of children could be used to stalk them.  Read more here. I don’t want to write any more about it, but if you are a parent you need to know about this kind of important stuff.  Especially important if you are on Instagram, Mums and Dads. Turn off your geotagging.
