Granola: This week’s PR Face-Palm Award surely goes to Sanitarium, who are issuing cafes with trademark infringement notices if they use the word Granola on their menus. The company has trademarked the term in Australia and has already slapped Sydney’s Danks Street Depot with a cease and desist letter. What?! Read on.

Lady Gaga: Our Lady of Gee has cancelled her Indonesian concert after the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI)  threatened ‘chaos’ if the tour went ahead.  FPI Jakarta chairman Habib Salim Alatas said it was “good news” for Muslims in Indonesia “FPI is grateful that she has decided not to come. Indonesians will be protected from sin brought about by this Mother Monster, the destroyer of morals,” More here.
