Brynne Edelsten: Apparently the upcoming reality show revealing Brynne Edelsten’s life is going to be much better than Lara Bingle’s show. Hm. I guess that this report is talking about drama and production values, but it’s kind of WEIRD to judge one ‘life’ against the other, isn’t it?! I guess them’s the breaks when ratings are involved, but I am very glad that my own life is not subject to ratings. I think I would have faced the axe SOME time ago!

Ken Robinson: Ken is one of my heroes. This piece on Good reports on his presentation at the Action Children’s Art Conference in the UK, discussing education.  He says our kids ”live within education cultures that are more prone to testing, to conformity, and to compliance than ever before.” This is so true, in my humble opinion, for many schools.  (It’s important to note that it’s not true for ALL schools, of course.) Eye-bombing: Well. This is actually a real thing. You can stick googly eyes on something, take a photo of it and BAM! You have eye-bombed! OMG. I do not much care for this photo, but I am looking forward to putting eyes on my smoothie this morning. And maybe on my sandwich. I’m totes up with the memes like that, ya know? More here.

Caravaggio: This is exciting. Over 100 drawings have been discovered in an Italian castle where the young Caravaggio studied art from the age of eleven.  Some are saying they are most definitely Caravaggio’s work, while others are urging caution. If authenticated, the drawings will be worth $840 million. OMG. Read on here.

      You should TOTALLY google Louis Theroux. He is an amazing documentary maker : SUPER smart, funny and interesting. And cute. He’s cute too! x

        I googled him! He is not really my ‘type’ of cute but I can see the appeal. It looks like he is very charismatic. And charming. His name sure is charming anyway!
        I’ve never seen his shows on normal telly and normal telly is all I have. Hopefully I will get a computer this week though, so I can join the 21st century and watch one of his shows online! That would be a good idea :) thank you for sharing the knowledge Pip! I like all the learnings I find on here. They are excellent :)
