My crew absolutely love cookies! Of all the treats we make and bake, white chocolate cookies are their absolute favourite. They are hoovered in about two seconds flat at our place. Consequently, I now freeze them and they are placed frozen in the school lunches. There’s only one member of the family desperate enough to eat them out of the freezer. I promise it’s not me!
Rather than make grand plans to whip out the mixer again, I might encourage the kids in that direction instead. I really like the look of the Zucchini Cookie … surely if it’s green it’s good for you? I doubt I’ll be able to garner any enthusiasm from the family. I think the brownie cookies are more up their alley.
