Music and Memory is an amazing US based organisation. They collect unwanted or broken iPods (which they repair) and use them to create personalised music therapy programs for the elderly or ailing. Watch the video below (a sneak peek at Alive Inside, a documentary about the amazing powers of memory and music) to see what a huge difference these iPods can make to the happiness and quality of life for people suffering diseases such as Alzheimer’s, depression and MS.

Music and Memory especially needs iPod shuffles.  Do you have one lying about the place you can’t use? Mail it off and make a difference.  Go on.
