Blog World Tour: Malaysia

Our Voices of 2013 blogging program is rolling out. And we’re not only featuring Australian bloggers. We’re pointing you over to some of our favourite International bloggers too.  We’re profiling some of the very best from across the globe. We’re taking a little trip! Today we’re going to Malaysia, to visit Irene Hoofs’ blog(s!) Bloesem.

Blog: Bloesem Living with Irene Hoofs
Origin: Malaysia via Amsterdam
Established: 2006

A bit about the blog
Irene Hoofs has a clever, inspired, gentle eye for design. She covers the latest interiors trends, craft, art, design (and children’s products on Bloesem’s cute sibling, B Kids). Then, at B Studio, she profiles the very best photography, in case you were still stuck for inspiration.

Irene’s a graphic designer, but as is often the case with bloggers, her talents extend MUCH further than that. She’s a trendspotter, a kind of digital stylist and a great curator who always gathers the most interesting, pretty or unique things for her bloggy space.

Why we love it

It’s a world class blog packed with world class talent across lots of different mediums. It is impossible to visit Bloesem without getting a huge dose of creative inspiration (and joy!) It’s completely obvious that Irene spends a huge amount of time and care creating great content and pushing it out for us to enjoy. Bloesem is prolific and inspiring in equal measures. A winning combination, methinks.

x Pip
