I love vintage! I always have and I’m sure I always will. Currently, my wardrobe is groaning under the weight of the vintage winter numbers. I’m so much braver in winter (when I can wrap the legs in tights and boots) that I am in summer. This year I’m determined to launch myself into spring with vintage flair. I’m swooning over that yellow dress! It’s absolutely breathtaking and I just know I could pull it off.
A word to the wise though folks … when you are shopping online for vintage you really need to have your measuring tape handy. I speak from experience when I say there is nothing more devastating than picturing yourself lounging elegantly in a Featherston chair and sipping a dry martini in a killer dress, only to have your fantasy blown apart by the fact that the zipper on your new frock won’t close!
