Do you eat lunch? I must admit I used to be a chronic lunch skipper, but I have mended my ways. I now make sure that I eat lunch every single day, because if I don’t it slows me down and fattens me up in places I never knew I had. This is because, and perhaps you already know this, if you starve your body and skip meals, your body will hang on tight to the calories you do pack in. Not only that, skipping lunch will make you cranky and a bit dopey.
That is fine, if you are cool with that. I’m not cool with it, because I want to keep myself in the best possible working order. Skipping meals does not do that. How about you? Are you cool with skipping lunch?
Perhaps you are a really great, regular lunch eater? Or maybe you are a bit skippy, like I used to be? Whichever it is, I’ve got a bit of a lunchy pick-me-up for you. I’ve got eleven super yum lunch ideas to try. Some are make ahead and pack in a tub, ready to go. Some are grilled, all melty radness. And some are salady and sandwich-y and healthful. Yum.
