We were chatting about skipping breakfast the other day on JustB. I should change my name to Skippy, really, because if I don’t miss breakfast I will most probably skip lunch. I am not sure why I am playing this game with myself, but I seem to think I am too busy to eat the whole three square meals. That’s a bit goosey, really, because of course no one is too busy to eat. And if you eat regularly you get everything done in a much more together and calm manner. If you don’t eat regularly you get things done in a shrew-tearing-out-her-hair kind of manner. That’s not good. Do you want to be calm? Do you want to avoid shrew-like tendencies? Eat some lunch. And eat some breakfast, too. Bookmark this page so you don’t get stuck for ideas, okay?
