Your Weekend : 10 Adorable Cake Pops To Make

You know how much I like cake, right?  But cake pops have always confused me. I could never work out how they made the cakes so ROUND! Of course, now I realise that you crumble up an already baked cake and mix it with various sugary, icing-ish ingredients to make things POP. Then you roll the mix into balls, freeze it and then decorate to your heart’s delight.

How clever is that? I mean who thought of that? Was someone just lying in bed one night,  thinking about how empty regular old cupcakes made them feel? Were they wondering what the love child of a popsicle and a sponge would be?  Or were they the kind of person who liked playing with sticks? I do not know. What I DO know is that cake pops are not as tricky as they look and that you should have a go at making some.
