Quick To-Dos: Five Minute Pick-Me-Ups

Sometimes we need to take a few minutes to pick ourselves up, right? Sometimes the stress and hubub of daily life gets us totally overloaded and we need to stop, look and listen to ourselves. We need to make a bit of time to do something nice for us, ya know?

Daily niceness does not need to involve a big chunk of time, or a babysitter or an RDO. Nope. You can cram in little bits of goodness right through your day, and it’s super good to take note, when you’re having a mini rad time!  The more you notice, the better you will feel!
