Have you seen my house? Jeepers it’s colourful. It’s like a packet of Crayola spun out of control on some kind of multi-coloured, sugar-fueled high. There’s pops of neon. There’s splashes of pastel. There’s accents of fluoro. It’s a hot, happy mess.

I’m really a fan of colour. I think that neutral is all well and good, soothing even. But COLOUR is what lifts my mood. Colour is my feel good salve. Some people turn to drugs, I turn to day-glo, pattern or print. Whatever it takes to get a colour hit. I’m a goner.

Maybe you like colour too? Or maybe you admire it from afar, wondering how to incorporate little bits of bright in your home, without going too wild.  I’ve put together a gallery of beautiful, colourful rooms, to inspire you to play around (or indeed, delve deeper!) into a bit of a love affair with POP! Use a heavy hand and apply lots of it for an instant boost. Or take things gently and dot a bit of pastel around.
