Last night I made lasagne. I made this really great Neil Perry recipe (I used bocconcini, to be a bit thriftier). It was super delicious.  It’s actually the second time I’ve made that recipe this week, I made the very same lasagna when I was in Sydney earlier on, visiting my sister and her new baby.  Did you know that when someone has a baby you need to go to their house and make them lasagna? It’s totally true.

Perhaps you like to go a bit deeper into your lasagna research, before you commit to a recipe? I mean, maybe you don’t trust my pasta judgement 100%. Maybe you need a very balanced playing field in the lasagna department, before you pick your winner?  I get it.

With that in mind, I’ve kindly scouted ten lasagna recipes for you to ponder. Some are vegetarian, some are not, all are super comforting and perfect fodder for the weekend. Be the total over-achiever and make TWO, so that you can freeze one for a smug supper next week.  Yep. I think you should do that!

Are you a lasagna fan? Do you prefer vegetarian, or not? Do you like yours super moist, like I do?! Is that too personal a question?!

xx Pip

OMG – yum-oh!! Such good food for warming up in Winter (with a glass or 5 of red). Just looking at the pics is making me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I like mine moist but I don’t like it when it falls apart too much, it’s a fine line for me. Not too personal, we are all friends here. Except for those people who like dry lasagna. You are not my friend (just jokes, my sister is a dry lasagna lover and I still love her mostly).
