You can’t beat homemade pizza. You really can’t. Granted shop bought pizzas have come a long way, but there’s nothing better than arranging your favourite things on your favourite thick/thin base and creating bespoke deliciousness, is there?
There are all kinds of ways to make a great pizza, from your regular thin crust to a flatbread base to a gluten-free cauliflower crust. I think it’s important to sample all these kinds of pizza, just so that you know which one really works for you.
Maybe you want to make tiny pizzas and serve them before dinner or use them for packed lunches? Or perhaps you want to make lots of big, free-form bases and fill you lounge room with friends and wine? Or perhaps you want to shut the door on the world, put on some cheesy TV and make it a party of one (or two!)
Whichever way you want to pizza, there’s a recipe here for you.
Are you a fan? Have you tried the cauliflower crust?
xx Pip
