Food: Eleven Snack-Worthy Muffin Recipes
If you visit this site often, you will know that I’ve been on a bit of a health kick since October. What you might NOT know is that I have a very WRONG version of an imaginary condition called MUNCH-How-Soon-By-Proxy. This means that I am compelled to curate, push and document the kinds of delicious things that I have sworn off eating, but would like to scoff right now.
You don’t need to feel bad for me, though. My Munch-How-Soon-By-Proxy is totally under control. I use aversion tactics to deal with any wayward cravings. These include twanging an elastic band I have on my wrist, closing my eyes when I see delicious looking things and also drinking lots of cups of sugarless tea (and pretending it’s nice.)
Before I start snapping my elastic band, I give you MUFFINS. May you snack merrily on them with more than your eyes and be twang free, too.
