Chorizo! Yes? Personally I love it. I love the smoky flavour and I love the punch it packs. I’m totally into the way chorizo can lift a dish and transform it into something special. It’s super comforting and super delicious
A staple amongst the clever Spanish and Portuguese, you can eat chorizo simply sliced in a sandwich or soft roll. Or you can take things a bit further and grill, fry or toss it into any number of dishes. I’ve only ever seen the cooked, smoked variety in Melbourne, but if you can get hold of the fresh variety it’s definitely worth a try.
