Morning! What’s for breakfast at your place? I’m having toast, but if I was a bit less sleepy and armed with a bit more coffee, I would TOTALLY have eggs. Yum. Eggs are a protein packed, super healthy breakfast option. Not only that, they taste good too.
I like my eggs in a tortilla. Or I like them soft-boiled with soldiers. Or I have this other weird thing where I like them poached and then plonked onto slices of Promite toast. I also like poached eggs with some sliced avocado, sliced tomato and a piece of thinly sliced, cold prosciutto. Yum. Now I want eggs! Eggs are good!
If you are cooking eggs for your breakfast, buy the best free-range quality you can afford. Life is too short to eat crappy eggs and the difference between a great egg and an average egg is vast.
