We’re a pretty healthy bunch here at JustB. We’re quinoa-ing, miso-ing, smoothie-ing with the best of them. But that’s not to say that the occasional treat isn’t on the cards. An important part of being healthy and virtuous is the ability to fall off the wagon and have something slightly non-virtuous now and then.
Like these spoonable desserts. These desserts are extremely GOOD, because they are made from delicious ingredients that meld together perfectly in a symphony of awesomeness. I am not saying that you should make a huge batch and eat these all the time. What I am saying is that you should make a huge batch and share them with your friends and family. One night a week. Or possibly two, if you find a favourite.
You can always do an extra lap around the block, right? These are totally worth it!
