Are you a bit of a lolly fan?  A couple of nights ago we were packing lolly bags for a family event and I realized just how much people LOVE lollies. Even catching a sniff of their super charged smell on opening the packet was enough to send some of us into raptures!

I think that lollies are super important for happiness and good health. Okay. Perhaps they are not actually healthy, but just a couple is enough to make us feel a teensy bit better about the world, right?

If you make your own lollies (like the ones below)  you will get 389 points in the karma bank, becuase a) you are not making the preservative filled type that cause people to run around in circles barking wildly b) you are spending time doing something creative and special AND c) you get to give some to other people if you want, and they will be your pals forever.

It’s totally win-win. I’ve chosen some old faves and some fresh new ideas for this sweet list.  Why don’t you bookmark it and make something on the weekend?!

Which one is your fave? Will you make lollies? Which lollies did you like as a kidlet? Do you love condensed milk?  How is it for you, JustBees?!

xx Pip

Oh yes. And trying to eat the toffee without eating the paper too! And they were that lovely deep amber colour. Aw. Nice. x

Hey Pip! I a LOLLY FREAK! Just ask my significant others! Not a night goes by where you won’t find me nibbling on a (dare I say…) lollies in a bowl next to my bed whilst indulging in a suduku puzzle. Methinks this is the daily “do good” thingy for myself! I have to laugh when the next morning I find a jelly baby stuck to the sheets or stuck in my hair! Yep….it’s been known to happen!

Anyhow, I just love your post, and can’t wait to have a go at some of these recipies.Hmmmm…toffees….yummmmmm. Penni

Oh YAY ATTACK! I am loving your lolly confession. I eat snakes in bed and watch The Real Housewives. I am such a bad person.
