It’s grey and Wintery in Melbourne, and perhaps it is where you are too? I’m thinking it’s a very good time to bring some COLOUR into your home.   It’s the perfect time for a bit of a spruce up. Yep.  Something to lift the mid-year mood.

Luckily, we’re having weekly colour therapy on JustB.  Perhaps you’d like to lie on the couch and soak up some tips?  Maybe you’d like settle in for a dose of colour inspiration and spark some fresh ideas for your place?

This week, it’s all about green.  Perhaps it’s deep, saturated green. Or it might be luminous, neon green. Maybe it’s a fresh kelly green? Or a lick of lime green? Have a flick through our gallery of green goodness and see which shade pops for you.

It’s easy being green, right? So many options! Do you like a teensy splash? Or are you into the green all over, idea? Do you want to create a vintage feel? Or are you all about contemporary colour?

Which is your favourite?!

Love colour in the home. love it. that gorgeous retro stove reminds me of my childhood. we had one like that in our family home only it was ivory. i think it was an old St. George?
so so great. the storage drawers at the bottom and the warming oven- all so practical as well as being BEAUTIFUL.

I love green, and I picked a neon lime to add splashes of colour to my all white kitchen… mugs, plates and table linen. When we moved recently, by coincidence the kitchen has a lime green glass splashback — perfect! The only problem is, my partner keeps buying every lime green kitchen accessory he sees, whether we need it or not! I keep telling him to stop (we’ve now got four vegetable peelers, for example) but I think we’re heading for a Kermit the Frog kitchen… I just want some nice, sleek stainless steel and pretty white china for a change.

Pip, I adore green, but you’ve made me realise I don’t have any in my house (interior decorating-wise, I mean). I’ll have to get some, although it’s a bit tricky when you’re renting. I do have a nice cabinet with glass doors I could fill up with lovely green things, though.

    Thanks for sharing!

P.S. I do adore my green coat! It’s such a nice change from black.
