A Very Kardashian Khristmas…

I know. You are shocked. But I’ve declared my love for reality TV on this very blog before and I shall declare it again now. I love it. I do not watch to judge. I watch because I love the foibles and the flaws of the Kardashians, The Real Housewives, The Stars Who Dance, the Rehab Celebs.

I am quite delighted to see this year’s Kardashian Christmas Extravaganza. It’s a little bit Adams Family and a little bit Twilight.  It’s Gothic menace meets Brat Pack.  Here it is in full glory.  What do YOU think?

This is not the first time we’ve got K-festive with a rather lush family portrait at Christmas.  Oh no.  These guys totally excel at the glamour shoot famille style.  Let me show you more…

 These guys obviously have season passes to Exclusive Photography or some such place.  Most years Kim has the amped up, super-opulent frock, although I notice that this year she’s more subdued in a tuxedo ensemble (jacket by Rachel Zoe, of course), perhaps shunning the limelight after the whole ‘Ohmigosh. You are meant to talk babies and living together BEFORE you get married?!’ revelation.  It’s very possible that they roll out the same cardboard cut-out of Bruce Jenner every year, but there is no mistaking the chameleon-like va-va-voom of self-professed matron, Kris Jenner. She’s resplendent in sequins, front and centre for 2011′s shot.

Kourtney’s son Mason looks like a teeny James Bond this year, I must add, and I can’t help but wonder if Kris Humphries might have once stood behind Kim and Mason, only to be vamoosed when things came out in the wash.  Hm. I wonder.
